Our pet policy allow for a maximum of two (2) pets per address.&nbsp; Maximum full-grown weight for any pet is one hundred (100) pounds.&nbsp; Current vaccination records and picture of pet is required.&nbsp; The following breeds are strictly prohibited at The Links at Franklin:&nbsp; Akita, American Bull Dog, American or Bull Staffordshire Terrier, Cane Corso, Chow, Doberman Pincher, German Shepherd, Mastiff, Pit Bull, Presa Canarias, Rottweiler, Wolf and/or any variation or hybrid mix of these.&nbsp;&nbsp;<br /><br />Pet Fee:&nbsp; $300 per pet, due at move-in<br />Monthly Pet Rent:&nbsp; $30 per pet
